Success in Swan Quarter!

On Wednesday, September 4, I traveled to Swan Quarter to work on a piano whose sustain pedal was not working. I found that the connecting rod from the sustain pedal to the vertical sustain rod had come loose. Upon further investigation, I found the screws that hold the connecting rod to the holding bracket had sheared.

I replaced the screws with higher-gauge sheet metal screws and reconnected the rod. Once both sustain rods were in place, the sustain pedal worked properly. Another satisfied client!

On Friday, September 13, I will be in Scotland Neck at my mother-in-law's church, tuning their sanctuary, choir, and fellowship hall pianos.

Remember to contact me with your piano service needs. Thanks!
